This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Desi Chew LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through www.desichew.com or other authorized sales channels.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unused and unopened
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must not be expired or near expiration
  • Return request must be initiated via email to info@desichew.com

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return: a) Email info@desichew.com with your order number and reason for return b) Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions c) Ship the items back at your expense d) Provide the tracking information to info@desichew.com e) Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

4. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing time: Within 5 business days after receiving the returned items
  • Refund amount: Original purchase price of the returned items (shipping costs are non-refundable)
  • Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • Take photos of the damaged items and packaging

  • Include your order number and detailed description of the issue

6. FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY CONCERNS

We ensure our products meet the best of quality and safety standards. In the off case, for food safety or quality concerns:

    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Description of the concern
    • Photos of the product and packaging
    • "Best By" date from the package
  • Do not consume products you suspect to be compromised
  • Keep the product and packaging for potential investigation
  • Claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

  • The same return policy applies to both subscription and one-time purchases
  • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the next scheduled delivery

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products past 30 days from delivery
  • Products that have been damaged due to mishandling after delivery

9. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping services for returns
