Instant Rava Idli Mix, Soak and steam, 21 Idlis/pack

Flavorful & Delicious!

A soft, steamed savory cake made from rava mixed with buttermilk and tempered with spices, herbs, cashews, water, and the leavening agent baking soda. It is quick and easy to make, and of course, very delicious. Just mix as per instructions, pour into idli molds, steam, and your fluffy, flavorful rava idli is ready.

Instructions:

1. For fluffy rava (semolina) idlis, mix 1 cup (250ml) of fresh yogurt to 1 cup (200g) of Rava Idli Mix and set aside for 1 minute.
2. Optionally, add green peas or grated carrots.
3. Add another 0.5 cup (125ml) yogurt to the batter. Mix well and set aside for 2 minutes.
4. Apply oil/ghee (clarified butter) on idli plates for easy removal of idlis.
5. Steam the batter in an idli steamer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
6. Add ghee (clarified butter) on top when serving (optional)
