1. Mix Dal Chutney Pudi with ghee (clarified butter)/oil/yogurt to use as a chutney with idli/dosa/chapati (flatbread)/rice.
   OR
2. Add as seasoning to cooked vegetables (poriyal/sabzi).

3. Use as a topping for dosa/idli/chapathi.
