Made with the richness of cashews and whole spices, this white curry blend promises to be the restaurant-style gravy you were looking for at home. Malai Kofta, Veg. Kolhapuri, and Veg Makhanwala are made simple with this mix. Our innovative product makes your cooking easy!

Instructions:

  1. Mix 2 tbsp (30g) White Curry Blend with 300 ml milk and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) butter in a non-stick pan and add the mix to it. Continuously stir until the gravy thickens.
  3. Add 150g boiled, sauteed or frozen vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt to taste (optional).
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.

You may also make Malai Kofta, Veg Kofta, Methi Matar Malai, Veg Kurma, Shahi Paneer, Peshawari Paneer, Peshawari Veg, etc. with this mix.
