Instructions:

Add 3/4 cup (185ml) water to 1 cup (150g) Gojju Avalakki Mix and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Use a fork to mix the Gojju Avalakki thoroughly.
Heat in the microwave oven to serve hot (optional).
Pairs perfectly with Yogurt or Greek Yogurt (traditional serving suggestion).

Delicious! As a busy person who works from home, I needed a quick way to make food without having to do a ton of meal prep.
