Instant Sweet Pongal, Pressure cook and serve, 8 servings/pack

Festive & Authentic!

A temple-style flavourful sweet pongal made with rice and dal cooked with jaggery, laced with ghee, raisins, and nuts. All these ingredients make it smell and taste divine. You can whip-up a lovely dessert in a jiffy with our Sweet Pongal Mix – tasty and authentic!

Instructions:

1. Add 1 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter) to a pressure cooker/Instant pot.
2. Add 1 cup (200g) Instant Sweet Pongal mix and 2.5 cups water (625ml) and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
3. Once done, add 0.5 cup boiled milk (optional), stir and cook for 1 min.
4. Add 3-4 tbsp of Ghee (Clarified Butter) and serve hot.
5. Pair this with Desi Chew Instant Ven Pongal mix for a sweet savory combo.
