A popular dessert from Karnataka, 'Kesari Bath' is effortlessly prepared with our Kesari Bath Mix. Made with roasted rava, ghee, sugar, nuts, raisins, and cardamom, it can be served in a jiffy on any occasion.

Perfect when paired with rava upma or millet upma; together, the dish is called 'Chow Chow Bath' in Karnataka.

1. In a hot pan, add 1 tbsp (15ml) ghee (clarified butter) to 1 cup (250ml) of Kesari Bath Mix and roast for 1 minute.
2. Add 1 cup (250ml) boiled water to the pan and continuously stir to prevent lumps.
3. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then top with 2 tbsp (30ml) ghee (clarified butter) and serve hot.
4. (Optional: Boil the water with saffron strands for enhanced flavor).
