Kolhapuri, Veg Makhanwala are made simple with this instant mix. All the ingredients brought together in the right proportions make this culinary creation a go-to product.
Instructions:
- Mix 2 tbsp (30g) Red Curry Blend with 300ml milk and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) butter in a non-stick pan and add the mix to it.
- Continuously stir until the gravy thickens.
- Add 150g boiled, sauteed or frozen vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt to taste (optional).
- Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
You may also make Paneer Tikka Masala, Veg Kolhapuri, Veg Makhanwala, Kadai Paneer, Veg Kadai Paneer, Paneer Corn, etc. with this mix.
